The 2016 Convention Workbook containing the reports and overtures to be considered by the convention will be posted on the Synod’s website by mid-April and mailed to all delegates, alternate delegates, officers of the Synod and members of boards, commissions and councils by the end of April. Personal appearances before the committees at these initial meetings will only be by request of a floor committee chairman.
